Blister Magic was designed to simplify the creation of production tools for thermoformed packaging such as blister packs, clam-shells, and trays.
It’s especially useful in cases where tight package conformity with objects of complex geometry is desired
To use, load any 3D file into the app and a void-free, undercut-free, ready-to-print, non-manifold version of it is generated in seconds.
The output can be printed as-is or imported into any 3D software to aid in the design of tool organizers, jigs, fixtures, holsters, prosthetics, wearables, and so on.
